I am a transactional real estate attorney. I do not do law suits. I set up deals for closing. I follow and assist from beginning to final closing. I co-broker with other brokers.
I generally talk with potential clients by telephone for no charge so that I can determine if I can help them and what needs to be done. Once I understand the situation I can usually quote a flat fee payable at closing. I do not work by the hour.
