Sometimes we get lucky in real estate. We find the buyer or seller we want to do business with on our own – without the assistance of a broker.

Sometimes we sell to or buy from relatives or friends. A lot of real estate is sold by word of mouth, without the benefit of a real estate broker or a real estate listing.

If you are so fortunate to have found your buyer or seller on your own, give us a call. You do not need a real estate broker. You need a real estate attorney.

We will write up the transaction for you, set up title insurance, set up escrow with the title company, and follow the transaction through to closing.

We do not charge for telephone inquiries. We do not start charging fees unless and until we agree on what the fee will be.

We often work on a flat fee basis, sometimes for zero down, with payment at closing.

Fees are negotiable. Fees are higher if we get paid at closing. Fees are lower we get paid in advance.

The fee can be borne by buyer or by seller. The buyer and seller can share the fee, but they must agree in writing that I am working as a mediator.Real Estate Broker - Washington State

However, if you are a seller and have not had success selling your property, list with us and The Deal Team. The key to getting the highest price is to create an advertising sensation, which is what we do. In many cases you will get you a better price than what you would have gotten selling FSBO.
